Reverse Pulse Jet Cleaning Controllers
Sequential pulse-jet timer controllers and solenoid valve manifolds that automatically clean reverse-pulse bag filters — keeping differential pressure low and filtration efficiency high.
Every Fumex reverse-pulse bag filter relies on a pulse-jet cleaning system to keep the filter media clear and the pressure drop across the bags low. A sequential timer controller fires a bank of pilot solenoid valves in a programmed order, releasing short, high-pressure bursts of compressed air down the bags.
Each pulse momentarily reverses the airflow and flexes the bag, dislodging the accumulated dust cake so it falls into the hopper below. Cleaning can be triggered on a fixed time interval or on demand by monitoring the differential pressure across the filter — only cleaning when needed, which extends bag life and reduces compressed-air consumption.
The controllers and solenoid valve manifolds are supplied and installed as standard with our fabric filters and cartridge units, and are available as replacement ancillary equipment for existing dust collectors.
